First and foremost we want to say a huge THANK YOU for all your love, support and for waiting for us during this time. You have no idea what it means and how much it helped us. We feel priviledged that we could open our doors again, fully aware of other businesses who may not have been as fortunate as us, super excited to be back and that we managed to keep our full team with us. We are so blessed to be able to just say that and we vow not to ever take that for granted. One of our biggest lessons was to make sure to continue to be grateful for all life's little moments that we are blessed with every moment of everyday.

Please ensure to pre-book your appointment and to come alone as only clients receiving services are permitted according to our protocols received and our space is limited.
Please be on time for your appointment as we are very limited on space
Upon entry we ask you to please wear your mask. If you are having a color service please come with a disposable mask to protect your own reusable mask. Please refrain from wearing masks that ties around your head, buffs and bandannas as we are unable to perform our service with them on.

We check your temperature upon entry
Ask to sanitize your hands
You will then be lead to your clean, disinfected area and move onto your disinfected styling station for the duration of your experience.
We are not permitted to serve beverages or perform hair and scalp massages at this time (We are trying to see what we can do about this for you)
All magazines, flyers and anything that can harbour germs has been removed. Please feel free to bring along your own book etc
We use a freshly cleaned towel and cape that has been washed at 40 degrees and tumble dried to disinfect
Your area is a clearly marked, demarcated, 1.5 meter distance from another client
Styling chairs and washing basins that does not meet the 1.5 meter social distance for you is out of use or temporarily removed
We have contactless payment methods setup for you(Snapscan, Zapper, Yoco payment link or Tap and Instant Eft). We kindly ask not to pay in cash at this time as it is not possible for us to disinfect.
Each of us does a mandatory health screening every morning and kept on record. Anyone that does not meet the criteria is asked to go home and in the case of clients will ask to reschedule.
We use our online system to keep track of all client visits
Each of us has completed the Barbecide Covid19 Certifications, has been trained in all the protocols and actively participating to keep you and us safe
We are wearing a mask, face shield(cleaned after every use), clean apron and gloves per client and cleaning and disinfecting anything used on you
We are minimizing the amount of team members in your space
We are washing and sanitizing our hands before and after each client and every hour
Our windows and doors in your styling area is kept open or aircon on to allow for proper airflow and ventilation
As before Lockdown we are disinfecting all areas strictly every hour. This includes the front desk, yoco machine after each client, any home care product anyone touches, the waiting area, bins, styling station, chair, trolley, mirror, equipment, climazon, massage chair, basin, aircon remotes, light switches, window handles, shampoo and conditioner bottles, toilets, taps, door handles and any other high touch area.
