I started my career in 2007 with my brother, and together we founded Excentric in Romania. Being very passionate about the science behind the hair and the techniques that define perfection with precision, I attended over 30 international seminars. Some of them were in London, at Vidal Sassoon Academy, and these ones changed my approach towards cutting hair, understanding what a good haircut really means, and cutting hair becoming my passion and obsession. When I came to Cape Town, I fell in love with the mother city and decided to call it home. In my first year, while working at Scar, I managed to impress South African Judges, getting second place in Wella Trend Vision and soon after that I obtained the Master Colorist Certificate with gold. In 2014, my wife and I started Excentric Cape Town with one big goal : create the best hair salon in Cape Town with the best hairstylists. With that in mind, I created an internal training program for all our stylists, sharing my knowledge while also gaining more.
